Hayley the parent coach is a child behaviour and sleep consulting service whose primary aim is to help parents with their child's behaviour and sleep. It is a privilege to work together with the families that we serve, and we take the responsibility that comes with this work seriously. Privacy and confidentiality are of the upmost importance. No personal information will ever be sold, rented, or traded with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In the Privacy Policy below, we’ve provided information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

GOOGLE ANALYTICS.

When someone visits www.hayleytheparentcoach.ca we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard Internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. hayley the parent coach does this primarily to find out such information as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We always process this information in a way that does not identify anyone. We and Google do not make any attempt to identify any of the website visitors.

MAILING LISTS.

As part of signing up for any of our Opt-Ins, newsletters or freebies we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about, news and events and to check every now and then that you are enjoying the information you are receiving. We don’t provide our email lists to other organizations and businesses in any way.

We use a third-party provider, constant contact, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, you can view constant contact’s privacy policies as well. Please be aware that at any time you do not wish to receive the newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe button in the email.

PURCHASING A SERVICE.

When you purchase a service from hayley the parent coach or gift voucher(s) through hayley the parent coach, and HoneyBook online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored on honeybook. For more information, you can view honeybook’s privacy policy. Please be assured that hayley the parent coach does not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

SHARING INFORMATION.

hayley the parent coach keeps all information provided confidential unless the customer provides written consent. The only professional hayley the parent coach may consult with is a medical professional. hayley the parent coach seeks formal consent through the intake form first.
